What kind of brake pads should I buy for my 2000 Chrysler 300M?

My front brakes are making constant noise when I'm driving and I can tell the pads are shot. There are three different kinds at Pep Boys. I'm not sure what the difference is, but one pair is $30.00, the middle one is $40.00, and the highest one is $50.00.

Which one do you recommend I get, and can you please explain the difference to me? Thanks.
