What kind of bike would allow me to have a more comforitable ride, but still

have plenty of get up and go? I have a right leg below the knee amputation, and it is hard for me to bend my knee far enough to comforitably ride a crotch rocket. I know i could ride a harley or a bike of that sort, but i still am young enough that i want something a little sportier. Any suggestions? No worry about the rear brake for now. Just the type of bike.

I was looking at a yamaha last night.
These are maybe 15-20 MPH less than the rockets top speed (150+) but complete with a comfortable ride and distance. And some have integrated braking.
 
You could try the Suzuki M series of bikes. They are similar to cruisers with a little more sportier lines. I believe it used to be called the Marauder line. You get the cruiser comfort with some sleeker lines, basically.
Personally, I ride a C50T...the 800cc engine easily keeps up with the 1400-1500cc harleys my friends overpaid for and it has forward controls and footrests instead of pegs for the driver.
