I'm a 22 female/5'5 130 lbs and I want to get into a routine of working out and I use to love bike riding so I want to get back into but I have no idea what kind of bike to buy. Does bike ride help tighten the belly at all because that is the part of my body I have the hardest part with. Also, How long should I work out and how many days and when do people usually start to see results?
