What kind of Amp do i need for my car audio setup?

I have TWO 15 inch JL W3 subs and i have 2 rear JL speakers and 2 front JL speakers. At the moment i have a 1000 watt Sony amp hooked up to it, but i feel that i can get more out of the amp by upgrading.. What kinda amp should i get?? Please send links. that would be very nice.
 
a jl1000 would be perfect also the kicker sx1250 is nice its what i have, you want a separate amp for the ins right so get a matching amp like 800 watts or so, dont have any links sorry

-you're right to upgrade, a a kicker amp or jl will blow your sony out the water
 
Those subs are 600 watts each. It does not say exactly if it is RMS or Peak on JL Audio site. So they could handle more. Plus the 15" ones were not listed on the site either, and was only up to 13". All the W3's were listed as 600 watts each.
