What Judo kata do you think is best for self defence not the sport?

I need to know what judo kata is best for self defence or teaches me the most about self defence so I can practice it more often because im not too interesterd in the sport aspects so Nage no Kata and Katame no Kata are pretty much out of the question lol
I want to learn how defend myself so I have no need to learn how to fight with rules that are for safety what is what bjj and kickboxing teach
