what job is harder, being a medic for the army or navy and who gets better training?

i want to be a medic in the military but i'm having a hard time choosing which branch, i want to be physically fit and active but i also want the best training so which is better, Army or Navy
 
From what I understand, there is more training available and more opportunities available as a medic in the US Army than as a US Navy Corpsman.

The US Army has the largest medical branch in the US military.
