What job did Montell Williams lose b/c of this?

The clip actually implied that he lost a job b/c he made this stance for something he believed in & the video shows what I am referring to even though the title wasn't with this one.
 
He had a quality talk show and tried to help people... not trash like Jerry Springer. Sylvia Brown was a weekly guest.
