what it takes to become a flight attendant for thomas cook?

i want to become a flight attendant for thoomas cook and what do i need to get and do. Also can a customer service background cover like a educational background in grades and that
 
The airlines, including Thomas Cook, are not hiring cabin staff at present. Many 000's have been laid off and the situation is unlikely to improve in the near future.

When it does improve there will be a large pool of trained staff available so why should airlines go to the expense of training new staff.

Right now I would look elsewhere for a job.
