We were just assigned a report yesterday on several topics brought up in the 109th congress, I chose for my report to be on whether or not Congress should be allowed to regulate personal funding candidates can expend in an election.
Part of the report is gathering other peoples opinions on our chosen subjects, so I'm opening up the question for you people. It'd help more if you listed a reason or two why you have your opinion.
