what is your image of orange county in California?

yesterday i told someone that i live in orange county and he immediately had this crazy image of what it is like.

so i want to know what other people think of when someone talks about orange county or the OC.
 
My friend used to live there...or near there...in irvine do you know of it?

I've never watched the OC so I just thought of palm trees...>-<
 
I have two images. Either 1980s L.A. or the complete opposite like today's glamorous ritzy place with celebrities.
