My favourite poem is The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost a Poet Laureate of the United States. It is simple enough for the ordinary reader and profound enough for the analytical literature fans.
Preferably one with simple words, because I will be translating a poem into German (don't know which one yet) and I don't want it to be too complicated.
