If I've got to have just one *frown* ...
... then I'll go for Memento , too.
One of the few films to have made by brain physically twist in the cinema! Just a shame that Christopher Nolan will NEVER be able to top it :'(
If you want a laugh go here and see some of the comments. A few of our American cousins REALLY didn't get it
Especially this guy:
"It was crap. Pure, unadulterated crap. It was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I don't know how in the hell it made it into the Top 250 Movies of All Time, because I thought it was only slightly NAUSEATING. It was horrible. I would rather be shot in the leg every day for the rest of my life than have to see this movie again. Sitting through it once was one of the worst experiences ever."

Spoorloos (The Vanishing) is a very good film - You should see it as soon as possible, especially the ending.

How about: Godfather(s), Gladiator, Dances with Wolves, JFK, Platoon, Schindlers List, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Blade Runner, 12 Angry Men, Silence of the Lambs, Das Boot, Requiem for a Dream & anything by the Coens.

Just seen 'Requiem for a Dream' again
Id like to stick it into my top five but dont know what to drop. Wife absolutely hated it but appreciated its content, must be Jennifer and the attachment at the end of the film.
If ever there was a film teaching the worst aspects of dealing drugs this must be it.
Will have to watch Memento again as Ive neve been able to sit though it all in one go
