when i was younger i would watch my dad eat a WHOLE steak (including the fat). at the time the concept of eating the fatty parts grossed me out but now that im older i think that if a steak is too lean it loses all of its flavor.
i recently tried kobe beef and OMG....best fucking cut of meat i have ever had. it was very rich and buttery and very fatty and and and and just OMG. it made me wet my panties![]()
