I'v never meet a steak I did 'nt like , but over the years have changed how I prepare then cook them . I like marinades but dry rubs are assume too . I went an bought a old style briquette bbq like my uncles used as the propane ones suck .


Hey a quarter turn when half way done is impressive , what with the grill marks . I voted for Rib eye tho .
