It doesn't really matter to me. As long as I find the show entertaining, I don't care what country it comes from.

Korea! They make pretty much everything (not ALL) that is not made in Adobe Flash. From American cartoons to anime and everything in between.

This is my opinion, but if i had to choose i'd say America as it's where the bulk of my favorite cartoons come from.

My favorite country that makes cartoons just happens to be my favorite country. America!

I try to take things on a case by case basis but Japan and America usually win with Canada as a close third. I need them all because America is not up for making mature cartoons a lot (and by mature I mean Satoshi Kon not Seth Macfarlane) and Japan has plenty. America on the otherhand has plenty of SB type shows that everyone I know watches and if I ever want a romantic comedy/ teen type show that doesn't involve panty shots or yaoi jokes that's when our friends up north come in.
