The reason I ask is because about two weeks ago I bought a new HP laptop. It wasn't working correctly so I brought it in, only to find the hardrive was broken. They replaced it with another laptop, and now I'm finding this laptop is having the same problem. I also bought a printer from the which is ALSO broken!!! Has anyone else had issues like this?
