What is your definition of education?

I'm just starting college and my first paper is about people's different views on what education means to them. To some, it may mean the ordinary. Going to school, writing papers, reading, and getting a grade. But to others education may mean something like learning the game of football or throwing their first baseball from dad. Or it may be learning how to crack your first egg from mom. Education is an ongoing value that takes place everyday. So what does education mean to you?

My definition of education is learning about as many things as you can, as much as you can. To always keep an open mind and a broad perspective so as to see all that the world has to offer.
