I have 2 tiger barb fish and I find it weird that they come up for the surface and seem to be breathing, and they come back down, but they don't seem sick because I looked this up and they are only sick if they float to the top and swim pointing down, can someone tell me what's up? I just got them and they seem to be doing this in the place I have them.
they also swim to top actively, they don't look sick, could it be the water quality, I have them in a gallon vase, I'll add more after observing some more.
well, unfortunately one is on its way to dying...I had a big one and small one, the small one seems fine, I changed water and it doesn't come up anymore, the big one is pretty much on borrowed time because its even swimming upside down and floats upright, thanks for the advice, but I have failed, I came too late...
