What is WRONG with Obama and his statements regarding where we get our news?

Has a President ever tried interfering with what American sources we use for news. Presidents have had problems with newspapers, tv newsmen, etc., but asking us to avoid CABLE? Does this sound like the beginning of censorship? Does this sound at least wrong?
MOM, where are we supposed to get our news, and who is supposed to determine which sources we listen to? Should a politician tell us to listen to NBC, but not ABC, or any other source? Do you stick up for EVERYTHING that Obama says, and dispute all criticism of him , his actions, or policies? If you do, then you have a bit of a warped reality yourself, as NO ONE is perfect; and everyone makes mistakes. If we don't own up to our mistakes, people do not believe us in the future. I bet you teach your kids that, right, MOM?

Because listening to cable just skews your opinions, as you are really just forming your opinions by what the programmers at those stations want you to believe.

You have to laugh as I wonder if he would have said that if the shoe was on the other foot. in other words even the democrats watch and trust the conservative shows vs the liberal ones. His FCC czar has a problem with them also and wants to get rid of them. remember they were talking about fining them or charging them millions to sta on the air and then doing like chavez and taking them over. It is bizaar.
