I have a 2001 Toyota Camry LE. Lately when I turn a corner it is as if the power steering completely goes out. It doesn't last and doesn't happen consistently. As a matter of fact, it's been a few days since I've noticed anything wrong with the steering. The steering wheel has been making a sort of creaking sound, but that's it. The power steering fluid is full. Does my rack and pinion need replaced? I just don't want it to go out on the freeway. Thanks in advance.
