What is wrong with my Samsung U600? Flashing Screen..?

the screen, whether it would be on the home screen or on any aplications is flashing like the screen is going dark then light very quickly like a rave. How can I fix this and Why might have this occured?
 
broke a small light in it,virus on it,bad service alot of things can occur! Take it in
