My cell phone worked fine until my 1 year old daughter got a hold of it and now I can't hear anyone when they call me. I can still text and everything, just can't hear people at all now. I thought she broke it so my sister gave me her old phone, which is the same as the broken phone. It is a Samsung. So after switching all my stuff over to this other phone I find that I still can not hear anything. She must have changed some setting in the phone. I have no clue what it could be though. I have checked the earpiece volume and it is all the way up. Any ideas of what it might be?
