so, for funsies i sent my mom a message for her phone from my email. It was 2 messages, and she got them both, but there happened to be 3 messages, and when she clicked on the message to open it, it shut off her phone. It does this every time she clicks on it, and then wonders if i had something to do with it, which i'm pretty sure i didn't. so please, help?
