I am having difficulty pushing my key all the way into the keyhole. Once I get it in, I can turn the key easily and get in. The key does not look bent. The lock is a deadbolt type with no brand name on the cylinder but on the plate (striker plate?) which the deadbolt and the thing that comes out when you turn the door handle, there is the word "Schlage." What is going on here? Is there anything I can do by myself without calling a lock smith. Any advice would be appreciated. THanks.
