I have a Kawasaki ZX400 1991. Now my problem is that my motorbike goes to 40mph then loses power. The carbs have been cleaned, and spark plugs have been changed. When i took it to a shop they said it could be the fuel pump... true? or false? what do you think it could be? the bike runs and im hoping it would be fixable.
