what is wrong with my jeep?

i drive a 03 jeep liberty renegade. i tried turning the wheel and it wouldn't go. i looked at the dash and my oil and battery lights were on. i had to restart my jeep...but now it seems to be running ok. can anyone tell me what happened?
i was DRIVING the jeep when it happened!!
 
check your oil level (when your oil light comes on it means your oil pressure has dropped below spec) the battery light came on because your jeep shut off and your key was still in the on position, as to why it happened take it to a service location and have them hook up to your computer to see what codes it has logged if any.
