what is wrong with my fish?

There are bubbles forming at the top of the tank. I just got the tank yesterday and set it up and everything. My fish were doing fine until earlier today they started swimming really fast, they were hiding in the corner behind the tree for a while then they started swimming fast they act normal for a little while them go back to swing retarded again. I use bottled water, and i used a algae,and bacteria cleaner to make sure the water is super clean i even put some new water in there old water so they can get use to it. I washed out the tank and stuff didn't use no soap, i used nylon gloves when doing all of this. They never did all this in there old tank which was much smaller and had no filter, what is going on with my fish help me, I've grown too attached to loose them!!!!!
 
Erratic and/or lethargic behavior can be explained by an ammonia spike, which likely resulted from the full tank cleaning. Your fish would benefit greatly if you read up on the nitrogen cycle and aquarium cycling.

Avoid complete water changes in the future. A weekly partial water change of 25% will suffice.
