what is wrong with my fish?

my fish stays in its place and doesnt swim but at the same time it moves its body in a strange way(shaking)to the right and left all its body not the tail only
it started to do this 7 hours ago
its eating normaly so can anyone tell me what is wrong with it
by the way it has black spot on its tommy and it is a guppy fish
 
it could be preg,
how long ago did you get it?
if you jsutswitched it to that tank it could be adjusting or dyeingg..
i guess you'll have to wait and see
