what is wrong with my dodge part 2?

i had problems with it b4 if you look at my other question you will get the rough idea but the ecm is brand new the o2 sensors are new, plugs, exhaust, air filter, coil packs,and got a tune up i ran codes and it gave me a code i cant find the answer to 2203 nothing covers it plus it still says the o2 sensors are bad and #4 misfire what is wrong with it dodge mechanic cant figure it out and neither can i all the electrical is stock please help me
 
Maybe nothing computer may need to be reflashed. Does it have an after market exhaust? These can cause problem codes. That code should be listed somewhere. Try a different dealer. Google the code.
