What is wrong with my car? 1993 Cadillac Eldorado?

1993 Cadillac Eldorado blows white smoke from the exhaust an burns gas quickly. My check engine light came on once in awhile but not again during this problem. My RPM'S jump up and down. I have taken the car to Cadillac Dealer and they can't figure out what is wrong with my car this is very frustrating especially being a woman and wanting my car fixed! I don't have anywhere to fix my car that is close would have to travel 100 miles just to have someone look at it. I thought of testing the injectors, compression test for my cyclinders, cooling system pressure test, valve job. Does anyone have any advice? There has to be a internal coolant leak somewhere? Awhile ago, I was burning up fuses that went to the gas gauge. I don't know if it's electrical problem but everything is working fine except gas burning and white smoke. Will a code checker find the problem? Please need help really regret buying this car!!!! When mechanics can't even figure out what is wrong with it! Please any advice or suggestions would be helpful.

bad news sorry. white smoke means that the center gasket is broken and allowing water to be burnt. The heads need to come off and a new gasket replaced. the heads should be planed back to a perfect surface. Or replace the engine. If you have the heads planed re torque the heads. Always keep your old parts. That keeps people honest. Good luck
