What is wrong with my brains? I cannot think. Is this psychologically related?

Hi everyone.
From the time, the new school year's started... Actually little earlier, like a week before the school year's started.
So my brain is like it's off. I mean, I cannot think. I don't understand things i did understood before, I cannot even sometimes make a little bit advanced or middle advanced sentence, or say what I mean, or other stuff like that. Even, when I slept 10 or 11 hours. And on a school day, when i sleep 5-6 hours, then it's even worse. For example, english is my foreighn language, and I do mistakes almost in every sentence, as before i wasn't almost doing any mistakes, on school exercises.
So, what could be possibly wrong with me? I'm 18 by the way. And if you need, i can give you more information about myself.

I think your brain fog might be caused by the new school year schedule and the new demands on you. Did you start college this year? If so, that would certainly do it!

I am just guessing because of your age.

Thanks for your answer.
And well, i didn't. I'm on the pre-last school year. My country's school system is little bit different. And this year is supposed to be easier, because we have lost many unneeded lessons, like chemistry, biology, etc. We've chosen the ones, which we do need in the future.
So you think, that this might be caused by the school? I mean, like "plus one pressure" thing? I've already some things to worry about, other things. Maybe I'm worying too much though. But well, i cannot do anything about it.
Actually, one more strange thing's happen to me during the past month too: I started to often think about bad things, like bad memories, etc... Just randomly crosses the mind. Like reading something a little bit boring, or watching some movie with something, that reminds me something deeply, or just some boring part, some bad memory crosses my mind. That happens pretty often now. For about a month. This might be related.
