What is wrong with my betta fish?

high... first of all beta fish can get constipated ( I was told this when I got mine 5 years ago) feed every other day or two days. Also I only put water that had sat out for a few days in his bowl. Csreful on the sprays , cleaners all stuff you may use near or around him, he may be getting it in the water.
 
i just got a fish on sunday for my birthday. i am 14. it is a betta fish. but it seems lik it sick. it hasnt eaten anything at all. its only been about 2 days and the water turned lik a merky white. and it jus sits there. it only swims when i cum up to it but when i do it swims away. i live in tucson so its not lik the water cood b too cold. im really sad cuz this is my first pet. do u no wuts wrong?

I feed mine Hikari Betta Food from pet stores. they don't like wal-marts.
I have one more now I got yesterday and it will only eat freeze dried blood worms(which it can't live on) it's just a treat, but I give it a few and put some pellets in so he accidentally eats the pellets. Keep water changed and only use bottled water or the water in jugs. Hope he gets better.
