I have a ARRIS Touchstone Telephony Modem that i used for internet and phone when i had comcast but when i switched cable providers it stopped working. i figured that it was probably because i didnt have a phone connected to the box because whenever i powered up the box all the lights would be green except the telephone light which would be green and blink on and off. Do i need a phone or is their something else wrong if so how can i fix it?
