i have a macbook and a CD is stuck in the cd drive and i cant burn cd's anymore. also it seems like on random pictures there is a little blue question mark. but it is weird because i will look at a pic on the internet one day and it has the ? then i look at the same pic another day and it will work. is there anything i can do at home or do i have a virus and therefore take it to an apple store?
