this month i have been progressively worse mood swings at the beginning i was just feeling a little bit of hate ever once in a while then i would be chill but today ive had it happen twice today i clench my fist and teeth and i feel hate anger sad mad violent and love and happy...and i havent been able to sleep very well at night it only happens in little sessions tho

well definantly dont have abusive parents....i just think im breaking under all the pressure from whats expected of me my friends expect this and i go to apeerantly a very difficult but very awesome high school called signature school and im expected to get all A's and blah blah blah the list goes on its breaking me i think im going insane under all the stress
