its a Panasonic 50" DLP Model Number PT50Dl54
It has about 9 groups of vertical lines. they are about 1/16" inch wide black or gray lines. 8 lines per group, spaced about 1/4" apart in the groups. the groups are a couple inches apart from each other.
It happens over any screen, including menus, and screens with no input coming in to the TV
Does anyone know what part goes wrong on a DLP tv to make this happen?
Also I'd be greatful for a link to any website with *good* information - for DLP tv troubleshooting and repair information. (not just another board with 100 people asking questions and nobody answering)
