what is wrong wioth my pacostumos fish?

i got home, an he is laying on his back and his eyes a look like they are glowing... i never seen it like that, like neon green, the other fish is fine.. pleqase helap me , ive had them fro 6 years, whats wrong?????

Is it still alive and breathing?
We need more information on your tank - size, tankmates, water parameters etc.

When you say his eyes have gone odd, could it be they've just gone cloudy? This happens when fish die or are sick.

What species of plecostomus (not pacostumos) is it?
