what is wrog with my honda prelude?

my honda prelude makes a loud noise that comes from the engine.
its not the belts. some dude tells me that a piston is lose but the car makes 180prs on every spary plugg hole. some one help me do i need a new engine or wut
 
Check all of the pulleys on the vehicle. A lot of times, a bad alternator bearing or a/c pulley can make it sound like a motor is bad. Honda a/c compressors aren't the greatest so start from there. You may need to remove the serpentine belt and check for play on each pulley.
