Going along to get along.
It's called "Conformity" If your boss loves the hockey, you follow it.
If everyone else believes in something. So do you.
If you can't then you keep your opinions to yourself.
If you are lucky enough to have a job with advancement opportunities, you do what everyone else does.
Unless you are so good at what you do they can't replace you.
'Then you can just freak out. (but only if you super good at your job)
