I recently dislocated my knee 4 weeks ago and my physiotherapist said i can't start running again until 3-4 more weeks. I can walk but not long distances. I feel really lazy because i'm limited to what i can and can't do.
Is their any ways i can exercise without straining my knee? Walking my dog, trampolining and weight lifting aren't options lol.
