what is virus Virus.HTML.Fpumb ? is it dangerous and can i remove it?

i was opening a site and suddenly it popped up on my kaspersky notification...
and i couldnt disinfect it. what should i do? please help me thx
 
close the site and do a full scan with kaspersky and clean whatever possible. yes, it is bad all viruses are bad, there are no "benign" viruses.
