Please! Anyone from outside of California please tell me what tax they were charged on a Verizon phone when they bought one online. I want to renew my plan and buy the Motorola Droid, but I know that I will pay about $45 dollars in tax. However, I noticed that you can decide the billing and shipping addresses when you check out.
I want to have my grandma, who lives in Arizona buy it for me with her debit card and ship it to myself.
Any pointers? I think this is fair, this is her present to me anyway.
