What is up with this girl? she seems real weird. do you know anyone like this?

i'm in college and there's this girl in my class who seems ecentric...what I mean by that is she says weird things and is hyper...she told me "water buddies!" because I had the same water bottle as her. Then she asked me "what are you writing?"
I told her "why are you nosy?" She says "i'm a nosy person".
I don't know this girl and we havent been talking for long. Classes just started this week.
she took her bottle and hit it against my water bottle when she said "water buddies!"
5 minutes ago

she also keeps looking back (i sit behind her)
and gives me these looks but she's frowning sometimes

she said "i want to see what your writing!"
 
OMG yes! ask her if she's ever been diagnosed with ADD. I bet she has. Normal people don't get in stranger's faces that quickly.

Mebbe she is lonely in college and is trying to make friends.

She is a psychotic killer who will trick you into coming to her dorm room and force you to drink bottled water till your kidneys EX-PLOOOOOAAD!!!

I'm betting the first one, but watch for large volumes of bottled water in her dorm room.
