What is up with my boyfriend,why is he so weird?

He only likes to see me twice a week,i usually stay at his the one day and the other he takes me for dinner then brings me back home,sometimes he could easily stay at mine the night or i stay at his yet he always says he'd rather go back to his own bed,i never met anyone who liked being on their own so much,when i'm there i feel like he cant wait to get rid of me,we were out at my familys party yesterday and he said he wanted to go bed(around 10),even though it was the weekend,he also is very routined and if thats even slightly changed he hates it,whats up with him?he says he loves me and all but he hardly spends much time with me?
 
if its early in the relationship it's understandable and some people really like to have their own space maybe it's just that. even though confront him about it and see what he says
