If you do it, do you do it to fit in and be popular?

Like last week it was non-uniform day at my school, and 99% of the girls were wearing Hollister, Abercombie, jeggings and Uggs

and i dont get it! why would loads of people waste money on this expensive clothing for? i bet half of them don't even like it! they're so plain! It was so stupid to me, i bet half of them just wanted to fit in with the trend.

What do you think of teens wearing uggs and hollister and stuff???
 
i could care less about that stuff. If I see somethign I like, then I'll wear it! But not to fit in! Heck, if i liked wearing potato costumes, and everyone laughs at me, I would still wear it. But i'm not really digging the potato idea anyway.

Personally I don't buy stuff from any of the stores you listed. I prefer Target and Rue 21 where I can buy awesome clothes, or cheap clothes, that I like and that I can afford. I think it's dumb to spend $40 on a t shirt. You can buy a similar one for $10!!!!! Plus i think most things from Hollister and Aero postale and Abercrombie are ugly and so similar and unoriginal. Go Hot Topic and Rue 21!
 
Oh my gosh I saw the funniest thing yesterday...

Ha, so I was at the mall yesterday walking in front of umm either Hollister or Abercombie, I don't know. And I didn't know this, but they actually have models there in the store? Lol this guy was standing there inside the store (he wasn't even cute or muscular, by the way) with his shirt unbuttoned. He looked SUPER uncomfortable, and I had to laugh, like "really?"

That's pathetic, and I don't like those types of stores at all.
