What is up with all the 1K mpegs?

I'm blocking the IP address, but does anybody know what this is about? There are tons of them, coming up on many music searches, all from the same IP.

I'm not downloading one if I can help it, but has anyone already done so by accident who can say what it is?
 
I rx'd one; the one I got was a stupid note on how to apply for a porn membership, then use some supposed back door to access their FTP site for downloading movies. If you look closely you see it's a negative option paid membership in a porn ID scam...
