What is this?

I've been coughing for awhile now, got a running nose and everything, but however tonight, it seemed to have gotten worse to the point where everytime I breath, my chest rumbles and when I breath out long enough, I start to cough, and the rumbling would continue (still continuing now).

What is this? Is this an side effect of a cough? Or is it something more serious?

Sounds like your cold has turned ito brochitus and you need a antibiotic tho clear it up..

That's the thing, I've been seeing the doctor for awhile now and I've been given Biaxin in 3 seperate weeks since then, it hasn't disappeared yet. It's kind of working, but when I ran out of it, it just wounds up coming back.

Then I would say its time for your doc to try another antibiotic. Sometimes one type doesn't work..

You need a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia.
