Well a few days ago I wiped my bird's perches with this cloth and then I put it in a box. I also put some water in a box too since the cloth was wet I just dropped it in there. It's been two weeks and I just opened the box and I see weird foamy stuff on the edge of it. I was it out and see this white spiky thing in there? What could this be some bacteria or something? Should I dispose the whole box? Or is it safe just to take out the white thing.
