What is this weird lump on my neck?

I noticed today I have a weird lump on my neck. It is about an inch under the corner of my cheek bone/jaw. I can move it around and it is kind of firm. It feels like its on/next to my carotid artery. Does this sound like I have carotid artery aneurysm or does it sound like my artery is rupturing? Or could it be a lymph node because I think I have a throat infection?

If it was a carotid artery aneurysm would it be bulging out like that?

I am 20 years old.
