It's similar to Bullet Time (The Matrix series) because most of the people stay still. It's in the music video for "I Don't Want To Be," by Gavin Degraw, and one of the initial scenes of X-Men 2. In it, all but a few people are basically frozen in time, and standing perfectly still. It's obvious that people didn't just stand still, since the effect looks so polished in both videos, but I don't know what it's called or how it's done. If you know either of these, please let me know. And no offense to the answerer, but the last time I asked this, I got a link to an explanation of green screen/chroma keying. I know how to do that, and all that tells me is that it's a special effect., so please don't repeat that. Again, if you know how the still figures are captured, how the motion is added, and/or what the effect is called, please tell me.
Thanks in advance for the help.
